Kaan Yigit, Research Director & President
Kaan is a seasoned senior-level research professional who brings his passion for understanding consumer attitudes and choices to his work for leading companies. Kaan founded SRG in 1996 and started to track consumer trends with unique syndicated research studies such as Digital Life Canada, Must Keep TV (US), Newcomers to Canada, among others. SRG’s suite of syndicated research products identify emerging trends and complement the company’s custom research practice.
Prior to founding Solutions Research Group, Kaan started his career as a research consultant at Decima Research (now Nielsen). Kaan received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto and holds the Certified Marketing Research Professional designation. He is a past board member with the CAMH Foundation, supporting Canada’s largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital.
Donna Hall, Senior Director & Qualitative Practice Lead
Donna is dedicated to helping organizations grow through insights captured from qualitative stakeholder conversations and quantitative data. In addition to consulting assignments, she manages custom research programs and is the lead for SRG’s Qualitative Practice, working with some of Canada’s largest companies.
An experienced senior-level marketing professional prior to joining SRG, Donna held various senior marketing positions in the digital technology and publishing industries and worked in database marketing and advertising earlier in her career. Her background bridges the gap between marketing and consumer insights with the experience required to deliver exceptional reporting. Donna is bilingual in English and French and has an MBA from the University of Toronto. When not involved in research projects she is active as a Board member with not-for-profit sailing school Sail Georgian Bay.
